Achieve Cate's eye catching shaggy bob by using a Ceramic Radial Brush.

Step 1
Apply medium-hold styling products to the hair and then create a side part with a Tail Comb.

Step 2
Start blow drying your hair away from the part with a medium Ceramic Radial Brush in a forward and down direction (not to the side but directly in front of you). 

Step 3
Now take diagonal section of your hair and place the medium Ceramic Radial Brush underneath the hair following the angle.  Place dryer behind and above the brush.  Allow hair to cool before taking brush out. 

Repeat until the desired flicks are achieved.

                                               under eye level.
