Truely 5 Star Leave In Conditioner
Beautiful. A lifetime of searching for this product result! I have long spiral curls to my waist. My hair strands are super fine but I have huge amounts of it. A silly amount. This is a true 5 star product. Affordable. I use ALOT of any product to distribute a product through my big hair.
The conditioning leaves my hair so soft (usually unachievable),shiny (ditto), and my curls do last 24hr (2days) before I wet them again to condition them back out of dreadlocks and back into shape. Again a first. And unlike the expensive leave in conditioner option; the packaging doesn’t weigh a ton so perfect to carry or pack.
I preferred the scent of Akin’s original leave in conditioner but this product is even better. Not greasy, or heavy. Yay and thank you 🥹

New formula
I do not like this new formula. I have used the previous formula for years and I loved it. It softened my curls, reduced frizz and used sparingly created a beautiful consistent curl pattern. The new formula does not perform at all well in those areas and the fragrance is too overwhelming - it smells like a synthetic fragrance to me and it performs like synthetic fragrance as well. Very dissapointed.
