Rated 5 out of 5 by RINNY from Lovely head massage If you love getting your head massaged at the hairdressers then you will probably love this Restorative Scalp Brush by Lady Jayne. It can be used in wet or dry hair. If you use it with wet hair it helps the products to penetrate deeper into your scalp - feels heavenly but I really like it as a bit of stress relief when I have dry hair and need a bit of self-pampering. It seems to release some of the natural oils from my hair and give my hair a lovely shine to it. I really enjoy using this and try to use it once a week as part of my self-care routine.

The handle provides an easy manoeuvre and the bristles are soft yet massages my scalp so well. The widely spaced out silicone bristles make it easy to clean, rinse, dry and prevent the build up of mould. Ever since using this, I have noticed less build up of oils on my scalp and hair, and have reduced the amount of times I have washed my hair throughout the week. 10/10 would recommend this for those who want to experience a relaxing deep scalp cleanse!

Super easy to open. Shame that it’s plastic since the actual product is bamboo. I put my shampoo in my hair and used this to assist with a cleansing of the scalp. 100% it was really nice. I felt the tension release in my temples and it was super easy to wash my hair. Not only did it help with not having to use my nails to scrub but it made it easy!! Great handle to hold. I’m yet to see if any mould occurs on the bamboo but I dry it every time.I recommend leaving it out to dry. I have noticed while using for a few weeks now I have a patch hair where it’s fuzzy’ where I haven’t had before - I’m not sure if this is due to using product. I would purchase this again. Hopefully longevity of product awaits ahead!

This is one of the best brushes I’ve ever used! It is easy to hold with the sleek wooden handle and the silicone brushes feel so soft on your scalp. I’ve used it on both dry and wet hair and it provides the same effect of an amazing scalp massage. I usually use it after applying my shampoo and move the brush over my scalp at the front and back of my head. The times I’ve forgotten to use after shampoo I use it once the conditioner is in and it doesn’t run through the hair as well so I would recommend to always do it while shampoo is in. It provides a lovely sensory relaxing massage. I will definitely continue to use!

It felt relaxing as I used it with every stroke. Feels like I get a massage everytime I use this. I wish continue to use when I shampoo my hair. The size is convenient also when holding as it's a good size for my hands. The soft tip silicon bristles assist in a deeper massage and cleanse. I will try it next time when I use a treatment in my hair. The brush is easy to rinse and wash off. This is the first restorative scalp brush I have used and am very impressed.

I bought just a cheap plastic Kmart scalp brush months ago and I now have since thrown it out. The silicone cone tips are so gently on your scalp. To use the brush I apply some shampoo to the silicone bed of the brush and apply gentle pressure moving in small circular motions all over my scalp. My scalp has never felt so good. It is like having my own personal scalp massager. Definitely recommend buying this brush, you won’t be disappointed!

I have continued to use the same shampoos to make sure I could spot a difference when incorporating the use of a scalp brush. I section my hair into two, apply shampoo, and with the scalp brush I use circular motions to work up a lather and massage all surfaces of my scalp. I’ve noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in dandruff and my scalp is so much more comfortable in between wash days. I have a dry scalp that tends to get itchy before wash days and this scalp brush has pretty much solved that. My only concern was that the wood will deteriorate - but I would have no issue replacing this… Would 1000% recommend.

It felt like a salon head massage at home. I used it on wet and dry hair stimulating my scalp whilst working in my favorite shampoo for a deep clean. The brush also helped to exfoliate and remove product build up. It has an easy to grip handle and soft bristles which also detangled my hair after washing. If you want to indulge in a relaxing moment of self-care, you can’t go wrong with this brush.

The bristles help to remove dead skin cells and product build up - I use quite a bit of dry shampoo every second day or so on my oily hair and scalp. Also, I have long stiletto styled finger nails so I don’t enjoy scratching my scalp but since this is made from silicone it's very soft and you can control the pressure easily – it actually was a super relaxing experience! The handle was comfortable to hold even with soapy shampoo and it is simple to clean given the distance between each bristle. I would highly recommend this scalp brush if you do enjoy scalp massages and use a lot of hair products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've struggled with an itchy, dry and dandruff prone scalp forever so was super keen to try this brush out! After using it for a mont or so I found this brush cleaned my hair on a new level by really deep cleansing the scalp. The silicone bed not only felt amazing but worked wonders at getting through my thick hair to my scalp! I will continue to use this on my shampoo days to really clean my scalp. It also worked wonders at breaking through product build up from dry shampoo and hair treatments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Saffy86 from Deeper Cleansing Scalp Brush [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the shower after wetting my hair and following the given instructions I used approximately a tablespoon of shampoo which I poured straight onto the brush, using circular motions I gently massaged this into my scalp. The brush feels really gentle and relaxing whilst using, quite luxurious it reminded me of salon head massage. The silicon bristles are large and feel soft and are gentle on my scalp i used the brush for the first shampoo and followed by doing my second shampoo (which I always do) with my hands. The wooden handle feels really soft and smooth and sits comfortably in the hands, it is light too which is great. I felt using the brush in conjunction with my my shampoo gave my scalp a really thorough deeper cleanse and exfoliation which I like. This was the first experience I’ve ever had using a scalp brush for shampooing and I love it.

It massages my scalp in which helping with circulation. From this I have noticed my hair shinier and scalp healthier (less/no dandruff flakes and reduced scalp acne) To add on, the spikes aren't abrasive and feel quite comfortable on scalp even on sensitive scalps. Prior to this I used a cheap $2 plastic one from Woolworths but this lady jayne one is so much better. The bamboo outer handle is a nice touch gives it a more luxe yet sustainable feel. Works best when used wet in the shower.

But I kid you not, Once you LJ you can never go back. This amazing little product in my hand from Lady Jayne has done it again. I love it in the morning, I love it during the day, god dam it I love it any time of day. It is my miracle worker and I couldn't be any happier with this product. It is worth every cent and doesnt matter what your hair is whether thin or thick it goes straight to the scalp and provides the exact execution it stated it would do.

This is a great item for massaging shampoo into my scalp. It makes it easier to wash my hair thoroughly. I'd definitely recommend this for those with aches in their hands as this lets you get a thorough clean without applying too much pressure. I use bar shampoo so I first swiped the bar along my hair, then used this brush to really get into my hair. But I made sure I would lift the brush off after doing a small circle to avoid tangling my long hair. The massage feels lovely. I tried using it a couple of times on dry hair and it just didn't feel as nice and my hair would get tangled much quicker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I first used this scalp brush, but I was pleasantly surprised! My hair did not snag or catch at all on the rubber when my hair was wet, and you don't require a lot of pressure or force to feel a nice massage on your scalp, which I have to say is better than just using your hands. It provides a really deep clean with all the points on the brush working it's way through as you move it. I found it quite relaxing on my scalp to work in smaller sections, using small movements (up/down/side to side) ensuring it doesn't get tangled (as I have quite long hair) and moving along my head. I also really like using it dry in between washes for a scalp massage.

My daughter loved using it also, really massages your scalp and doesn't tangle your hair due to the soft rubber bristles. Used this brush also when applying a hair treatment, when I washed it out my hair was the softest it's ever been and my scalp felt amazing! My daughter has extremely long hair and she loved me massaging her scalp whilst washing her hair. Will continue to use this brush every time I wash my hair or apply treatments.

I use it when I’m shampooing and conditioning. Having coloured hair sometimes makes it hard to get that deep clean feeling but I feel this definitely achieves that. It truely is just so relaxing. It really feels like it cleans my scalp which is great. My partner even gets in on the action, so I will need to buy another just for him. I will continue to use this scalp cleaning brush every time I shower and i recommend it to every other person.

At first I thought it wouldn’t work but after applying shampoo and water I used circular motion all around my scalp and It was that easy to use, even my children loved using it. It’s not a product I’d usually buy but am surprised on how good the product is. Id definitely buy this product in the future.

Following the instructions used my shampoo with the brush and using gentle circular motions I cleansed my scalp with the brush. The brush handle feels smooth and easy to hold and use and the brush itself being silicone is very gentle and feels nicer than fingers on my scalp. After using for a couple of weeks now a few times a week I feel like my hair gets a much better shampoo especially my scalp this gets rid of any excess build up and more then I usually would using my hands and fingers alone.

The wood design is absolutely stunning, and wouldn't look out of place sitting on your makeup table or in your shower. The prongs are soft and flexible allowing you to really get in there without hurting your scalp. I used it to apply oil to my scalp and to shampoo my hair. With it I'm able to really scrub my scalp, and I've noticed that it has helped reduce dandruff. The scalp brush cleaned my hair in a way that my fingers just can't.

I’ve actually never used a scalp brush until now but I’m glad I had this opportunity. It is a beautiful brush and is easy to hold. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially was unsure whether a scalp brush was necessary as part of my routine however after using the Lady Jayne Restorative Scalp Brush I would happily recommend it! I used the brush as per the instructions - after wetting my hair I applied shampoo and used the brush to gently massage my scalp. I then continued with my usual routine. Not only did the brush provide a beautiful and relaxing massage, it also left my scalp feeling very clean. This brush can also be used on dry hair as a massage tool. I tried this and it works really well. I would highly recommend this product and I will continue to use it in my routine.

It is for the scalp and is so relaxing and feels so good after a long day especially when your hair is tied back all day. I use it on my little one too and it seems to really relax her. Small in size perfect for the handbag. I am grateful I got to try this for my honest review in return because not sure if I would have bought it if I saw it on the shelf at the shops. They are quite expensive considering but well worth the money once you’ve fried it. The hair doesn’t get caught in the brush too which is amazing for my long hair.

I would recommend this product for a deep hair cleanse at least once a week. I did find my hair was slightly more tangled after use but I was probably too vigorous with my massaging. Thanks for sending me this item to review beauty heaven :) I would recommend letting this dry fully before putting away and not storing it in the shower as I've had other bamboo products get mouldy in the past.
