Severely disappointed.
I'm a big fan of the Lady Jayne products and not just because I share the same name. At first this brush was everything I wanted in a brush and noticed the difference it made immediately. Unfortunately within a week or two of purchase the bristles sunk inside the rubber part rendering the brush useless.

poor quality
Bought this brush 2 weeks ago. So dissapointed with it. The pin bristles collapse and i constantly have to pull them out. Would not buy this product again

Very poor quality
I’m experiencing the same problem as other reviewers here - pins pushing into rubber pad and having to be repeatedly pulled out. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks and have only used it on dry hair with no heat. What a piece of junk. Makes hair brushing a frustrating ordeal. Such a shame because might otherwise be a nice brush.

Dissappointing
I bought this hair brush from Chemist warehouse about 2 weeks ago and have only used it to brush my hair without any heat/hair dryer. One of the pins has already fallen off. I bought this over the generic brand thinking it would be of better quality but obviously is not.

Annoying
Only use for a couple of weeks after first few times I realised pins were in pad. Everytime I brush my hair I have to sit and pull each pin up multiple times.
