Which date do I need to order by to receive pre-Christmas delivery?
For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by Monday 9 December 2019. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days and will be delivered by Australia Post and New Zealand Post. Although we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery, it is highly likely your order will arrive on time.

My order is a gift, do you offer any gift wrapping services?
We offer gift boxes for an additional $9.99.

Standard Delivery Charges
Orders over $90 will be delivered FREE* of charge.
Orders under $90 will be delivered for a flat fee of $15.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse using Australia Post’s E-Parcel service. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Australia Post. In order to track your parcel, please click the link embedded in the email.
Please allow between up to 12 business days for your order to arrive.

*Standard delivery charges apply to orders that are less than 15kg and are to be delivered within New Zealand. Orders over 15kg will be charged at a bulk shipping rate. Please contact us
We want you to have a great shopping experience with us but understand that ordering online can be tricky. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you’ve purchased, we have a 30 day refund policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place.

Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
Please note that we do not reimburse delivery costs on sending unwanted goods and gift box charges and we only refund the cost of the items returned.
